Become a mentor
Teach what you know. Earn from every student you help.
Mentora mentors take a batch of students through a course they know well. You are named on it, you answer their questions, and you earn a share of every enrolment in your batch.
No fixed class hours. No course to build from scratch. Paid in taka to bKash, Nagad or bank.

How mentoring works.
01
You bring a subject
One you have taught before and know the wrong answers to, not just the right ones. O Level, A Level, HSC, university, or the skills that come after.
02
You mentor a batch
A batch is up to fifty students and at most five mentors, so these are people you get to know. You answer questions, mark work, and check in when someone goes quiet.
03
You earn from every enrolment
Not a flat fee for your time. A share of each enrolment in your batch, for as long as that batch is open. Paid in taka to bKash, Nagad or bank.
What you earn
A share of the work, not an hourly rate.
We are not going to print a number here that we cannot promise you. What we can tell you is exactly how it works, and we tell you your share before you agree to anything.
- Every student who joins your batch earns you a share of what they paid. A batch that fills is worth many times one that does not.
- A batch closes at fifty students and five mentors, so your share is never diluted by an open-ended pool of people.
- You keep earning from a batch for as long as it is open. It is not a one-off fee for a fixed number of hours.
- Paid in taka, to bKash, Nagad or a bank account. Your balance and full statement are in your account.
Questions
Before you apply.
- How much can I earn as a mentor?
- It depends on the price of the course and how many students join your batch, so there is no single figure and we will not invent one. What is fixed is the shape: you earn a share of every enrolment in your batch rather than an hourly rate, so a batch that fills is worth considerably more than one that does not. We will tell you the exact share for your course before you agree to anything.
- Is there a fixed salary?
- No. There is no retainer and no minimum. Everything you earn comes from enrolments in your batch, which is also why a mentor on a popular course can earn well beyond what an hourly rate would pay.
- Do I need to build the course myself?
- No. Our team builds the course with you: the interactive labs, the recorded lessons, the notes and the worksheets. You bring the subject and the teaching.
- How much time does it take?
- Mentoring is asynchronous. Students message you between lessons and you reply when you can. There are no fixed class hours, so most of our mentors do this alongside a job or a degree.
- How and when am I paid?
- In taka, to bKash, Nagad or a bank account. Earnings from a sale are held for a short window in case of a refund, then released. You can see your balance and full statement in your account at any time.
- Who can apply?
- Anyone who can teach their subject well. University students, school teachers, working professionals and graduates all mentor with us. We ask about what you teach and how, not about titles.
